Policies
1. Object
These policies explain the commercial relationship between Pandocréon and its customers.
2. Shipping and delivery
Pandocréon can ship on products which are available in warehouse. If a product is out of stock, Pandocréon will ask its customers if they want to cancel their order or to wait a restocking.
Products can be shipped in metropolitan France. Foreign countries could be added, see the list on the web site Pandocreon.biz.
Shipping companies are choosen by Pandocréon. Customer have to pay for shipping and delivery. Shipping prices are shown on Pandocreon.biz.
Shipping are done two weeks after order reception. This delay may be increased ; in this case, an information will be displayed on Pandocreon.biz and/or Pandocreon.info.
3. Prices
Pandocreon's products and services are charged excluding VAT. Customer doesn't have to add tax to the indicated prices.
4. Billing
Billing are done by check payable to Pandocréon. Other billing solutions may be set in the future.
Orders with incomplete payment are cancelled.
5. Revocation
A customer could terminate an order by sending back a product, at his charge. Pandocréon will refund the product price (not the shipping price), if the product is sent back in the same condition as its delivery.
6. Complaint
Any complaint about the condition of a product must be done soon after the product's delivery. If an agreement can be done between Pandocréon and the customer, the client will then send back the product (at his charge), and Pandocréon will send the product another time.
7. Information update
Pandocreon can modify at any time the description of its products, if it is not detrimental to the customers.
